Our goal is to have all streets treated and/or cleared within 48 hours of the end of a winter weather event. While we try to ensure we clear all streets in a timely manner, one may occasionally be overlooked. 

If, after 48 hours, your street was missed, please report it through our service request site below. You can log your request and track its progress as it is completed.
