After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University, Thomas R. Nolte also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, also from Kansas State University in 1979. Tom moved to Lenexa in 1983. He was elected in 1995 and re-elected in all subsequent elections by the residents of Ward 2 to serve four-year terms on the Lenexa City Council. A Principal of Nolte & Associates, AIA, Inc., his profession as Architect and Land Planner now provides the City with insight, vision, and management experience.
