Every two years, we survey our residents to assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of major city services and to help us determine the community’s priorities as part of our ongoing planning process.

2021 Survey

The most recent Citizen Survey Findings Report was presented during December of 2021 by the ETC Institute. The survey was seven pages long and took approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It was administered through the mail and online to a random sampling of 791 residents. The overall results of the survey have a precision of at least +/- 3.5% at a 95% level of confidence.
