We are sowing seeds for the Lenexa Farmers Market’s sixth year of supporting small businesses, providing access to local food, and connecting the community. More than 25,000 people visited during 2022. There are several ways you can help us thrive and expand in 2023.

The Market is currently accepting inquiries from new vendors, musicians, artists, volunteers and sponsors. Our regular outdoor season runs weekly from late April through October. We offer monthly events from November through March. Know a person, group or organization that would be a good fit? Send them our way.

Vendors

We work to attract a variety of local vendors who offer in-demand products. Examples include fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs and dairy, baked goods, plants and flowers, prepared food and drinks, market staples and personal care products. All products must be farm grown or crafted by the vendor within 250 miles of the Market or in Kansas. Non-food items must be produced from agricultural byproducts. No mass-produced resale items allowed.

The Lenexa Farmers Market takes place largely under a covered walkway adjacent to a parking garage, with easy access for vendor vehicles and indoor restrooms.

Sponsors

Partnering with the Market is a valuable way to bring your business to local customers and support the Market’s mission at the same time. Join us as a sponsor this season. Opportunities range from reserving a booth space on specific dates, to supporting musical acts or promotional items, to being a presenting sponsor for the entire season.

Artists

We feature a single Artist of the Market on a given day — and that could be you! The selection process is juried, and artists must be located within 250 miles of the Lenexa Farmers Market. All items sold must be handmade by the artist. Daily booth fee is $35.
